Wireless: Can a Tempest Base (900 or 2400) support more than one remote transceiver?
Question: Can I add more than one remote transceiver to a Tempest 900 or 2400 base station?
Answer: Tempest 900 and 2400 base stations only support the use of one remote transceiver per base station. Remote transceivers cannot be daisy chained together to provide separate zones of RF coverage.
However the RF output from the antenna connectors from a Tempest base station or a remote transceiver can be split out to multiple zones of coverage using specialized components from 3rd party manufacturers,
Please contact Clear-Com sales if you require more information about covering multiple RF zones with Tempest
