Wireless: Tempest 2400 and Tempest 900 frequency operation differences

The Tempest 2400 uses a frequency range of 2400 to 2480 GHz, and uses 43 discrete hopping frequency patterns.
The Tempest 900 has a range of 902 to 928 MHz and uses 37 discrete hopping frequency patterns.
The Tempest 900 and Tempest 2400 are separate islands of RF technology, and there is no radio compatibility between the
Base Stations of one technology and the Beltpacks of the other.
Connecting the intercom systems of the two technologies can be achieved via the 2‐wire or 4‐wire interfaces between their BaseStations.
