Agent-IC for iOS: Cannot connect to Local Network Access (iOS 14 or later)
Issue
Agent-IC for iOS can connect via external public IP and its forwarded port but is not able to connect via the local area network IP and port 6001. Running a ping on the local area network IP shows a response and CCM access is working.
Solution
On the devices running iOS 14 or later, go to Settings > Privacy > Local Network and be sure to allow access for the Agent-IC application.
