EHX Matrix: How to Dial out that SIP user is included alphabet? (using a SIP URL to dial out)
The customer SIP server system uses the user account which has the alphabet. from LQ we could dial out directly
from the matrix V-Panels, we can’t dial out this account directly, just could create the speed dial:
We need to put the full user account with the Domain of server fully in the item of DTMF Auto Dial:
the following steps are adding to control and stack the key to LQ(SIP) ports ， Please refer to Dial and Stacked Key in the EHX User Guide for the detail.
