we We have found that certain bluetooth headsets when connected to the Huawei Mate30 PRO , while using the Agent-IC mobile client, certain Bluetooth headsets, such as BOSS, and B&O, appear to make ‘chipmunk’ sounds when using Agent IC mobile clientwhile connected to the Huawei Mate30 PRO phone. The problem is due to lies with the phone’s audio driver in the phone / bluetooth and Bluetooth headset and not with the Agent-IC app.
