Yes Eclipse HX systems have a published API .. we refer to is it as HCI (Host computer interface)
This allows automation systems like VSM , Axon, Tallyman , BNCS and others to control the routing and panel key assignments with in the Eclipse matrix
HCI is a licenced licensed option and must be purchased
1 licence license per matrix is required
As this is a API the customer’s own software development engineering team are required to write their own interface (driver) to control the Eclipse matrix and send it the correct control messages as set out in the HCI manual
Along with the licence license the customer is required to purchase 8hrs of Clear-Com engineering time
