Some IT departments are blocking all "internal browser" authentication methods, both basic HTTP and digest HTTP authentication. See screen shot below. There may be the ability to use "IE mode" in edge browser at the moment, but that hole is going to be closed. This issue is the same for your on Iris panels, LQ, and IPA. Basically, if the authentication requires across the devices which runs login authentication requiring a "pop up" dialog box for the credentials , and it may be being blocked by your IT policies.

Please check if they could add an exception to the blocking rule for digest authentication over SSL, as this could work on our products already and might satisfy their need for security.
